Author I draw inspiration from:
I love too many to pick just one. And they all do something well that is done sooooo much better than I could do it.
Favorite place to read a book:
In the bathtub
Book character I’d like to be stuck in an elevator with:

The moment I knew I wanted to become an author:
I think it was when I saw how much people were enjoying my chapters on Critique Circle. I realized I had something people liked—and I wanted to keep giving it to them.
Hardback, paperback, ebook or audiobook:
I’m an audio girl all the way
The last book I read:
The Radium Girls. That book made me want to flip a table. What happened to those women was so awful and the corporation behind it all was so evil it didn’t even seem possible they were real.

Pen & paper or computer:
Computer (cell phone actually. I write all my books on my phone with my thumbs)
Book character I think I’d be best friends with:
I have to go back to my own book, The Friend Zone for this, and only because I shaped Kristen after my own best friend, Lindsay.

If I wasn’t an author, I’d be a:
Pasty chef (wink)
Favorite decade in fashion history:
I think I have to go way back for this one. Maybe 1850? I want to dress like Scarlett O’Hara and go to a dance at the Wilkes’. But only once. Then I want to come back to present day where it’s acceptable to go to Target in yoga pants, a baggy sweatshirt and no bra.

Place I’d most like to travel:
My signature drink:
Starbucks grande iced caramel macchiato with whip cream—but I try not to have it too often.
Favorite artist:
Can it be a recording artist? Hayley Williams from Paramore.
Number one on my bucket list:
My bucket list is mostly food related. I want to try a Kobe steak in Japan.
